Unconscious Bias beyond notions of

With my co-facilitator Fares Al Qadi I host effective and dynamic trainings on Unconscious Bias, Diversity & Equity.

Staying away from notions of 'good' and 'bad', we acknowledge that we are all biased and that we can become (increasingly) aware of it. But awareness only will not come far: We offer the tools to help overcome biases that have been identifed. Click here to read more.

For Stichting de Vrolijkheid I run a coach crew consisting of thirty young coaches with a refugee background. These young coaches (age 17-29) coach managers of Dutch companies on personal leadership and change. While the managers profit from the unex-

pected old age wisdom that the young coaches gathered in their eventful lives, the youngsters tap deeper into their talents, skills and self confidence. It's a win-win.

For this project called Meeting Point, I collaborate with numerous training agencies. My most loyal and con-sistent collaboration (seventeen years) however is with De Baak.

For NewBees INC I host sessions on Inclusive Leadership.
